DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

Team Naksh Jaipur (NJ) ensures that all orders are delivered within five working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) under normal circumstances. We employ reputable logistics companies for shipping purposes.
Delivery Charges:
We offer Free Delivery in India on all orders above INR 1000.
We collaborate with third-party logistic service providers to deliver products to end-users. The Logistic Partner responsible for processing order delivery will be communicated via email and SMS along with a tracking number. Before making payments for product purchases, users must provide accurate shipping details inclusive of landmarks if necessary; incorrect or incomplete information can result in failed deliveries which we shall not be liable for under any circumstance.
COD/Prepaid:
NJ aims at providing services through online orders across India by ensuring timely delivery of purchased products.
Order Delivery Timelines:
Orders are usually dispatched within two days after placing an order; however, delays may occur depending on government guidelines applicable in your state/city due to unforeseen circumstances such as unsuitable weather conditions or political disruptions/strikes/lockdowns etc., acts of God like floods/earthquakes etc.
Upon successful handover of purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner following placement of an order by the user, NJ will send a unique tracking identity number via email & SMS for checking status updates regarding expected date(s) of delivery.
Most orders are delivered within 5 working days across India but NJ reserves the right to cancel an order if unsuccessful after three attempts made at delivering it.
While NJ makes reasonable efforts towards ensuring timely deliveries, no compensation shall be provided if delayed because mental agony/tortuous claims arising from shipment/delivery delay cannot be compensated according to law.
Return and exchange processes involving purchased Products shall only involve NJ's reverse-logistics partners who operate separately from us; hence we cannot be held liable for their actions/inactions during this process. What if I receive my purchase(s) damaged?
If upon receipt your package seems tampered with or damaged before delivery occurs please refuse acceptance and notify us immediately using our consumer experience helpline +91 7976694026 or contact@nakshjaipur.com mentioning your Order ID so that a replacement may promptly follow without additional costs incurred by you.
